Mitt Romney Goes for Presidential Bid

Today, former Massachusetts Governor, Mitt Romney, announces that he is forming a presidential exploratory committee. At this moment, it is unclear if Romney's campaign headquarters will be in Boston. How will he help small businesses? The next president will be involved with the phase out of incandescent light bulbs. Will there be any changes to the current energy conservation laws and bills?
